How do I make a purchase on Shopoqus.com?

You can make purchases using the following:

How do I pay using a Credit card?

Payment through Credit card, you will need your Credit card number, Card expiry date, 3 digits CVV number (Card Verification Value – found on the back side of your Credit card) and online 3D secure password. After entering the card number, expiry date and CVV number on shopoqus.com, if you want redirect to the Bank’s page for entering the online 3D secure password.

How do I pay using a Debit card?

Payment through Debit card, you will need to enter your Debit card number, Card expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), 3 digits CVV number (optional for Maestro cards) on Shopoqus.com if you want be redirected to your Bank’s page then enter your online password (issued to you by your Bank) to complete the payment.

How will I check the current status of my order(s)?

You may review the status and other information of all your orders, whether pending or fulfilled, that you have placed with Shopoqus.com. To check the status of your pending orders, click on the My Account link on our store page. So you review the status of all orders.

What does the different order status mean?

Payment Pending Authorization means:

Your order has been logged so we are waiting for authorization from the payment gateway.

Payment Confirmed:

We have received authorization from the payment gateway then we are processing your order.

Pending COD Confirmation:

Now we have received your order and we are processing your order

Order Shipped:

Your produce has been shipped out from our warehouse and is on the way to your delivery location

Order Cancelled:

The order was cancelled

When and how can I cancel an order?

You can call us with the order number before it leaves our ware house.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days

How will the delivery be done?

We process all deliveries through reputed couriers.

May I track the delivery of my order?

Yes you can track the delivery of your order through in touch with our customer team.

Our systems are highly effective to automatically pick up the best suited shipper for your area.  For alternate location you must in touch with our customer service team to an alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.

How will the delivery be done?

We deliver all products through many reputed couriers on our panel. We are responsible to pick up the best suited shipper for your area.

Cancellation and Returns Products.

You return the product that you have received all its original packaging and accessories, including the box,  manufacturer’s packaging if any, dust bags, warranty cards, authenticity labels and all items originally attached with the product at the time of  delivery

You may change the defective product or incorrectly shipped at the time of delivery or within 48 hours of receipt of the product.

If you want to return the product you inform us with in 5days, including weekends.

I received a defective item from shopoqus.com. How do I get it replaced? OR I received an incorrect order. What can I do?

If the product is defective and you want to replace it than the product is returned to us with – customer invoice – all things must be attached with the product at the time of delivery.

My product was damaged in processing. What should I do?

At the point of delivery, if the package seems to have been tampered with the Shopoqus.com tape is broken / missing, please do not accept the order

I want to cancel an order if I did not receive it.

You can cancel an order to call us and through email.

If you want to cancel an order by calling us or by email, before the products has been shipped to you we will refund you the entire amount

PLEASE NOTE:

To maintain our high standard and professional service, we shall accept returns of all items I want to return a product (that I have already received it)

You can return any product that you have received as long as – customer invoice – with must be included all things attached at the time of shipment.

If you want to return the product kindly inform us with 7 days of delivery of the product.

How quickly will I get the refund?

Within 15 days that you return the product to us.

If you have forgotten your password, we help you for reset the password.

If I order do I need to type my address every time?

No! When you place the order you didn’t want to type address every time. and we don’t forget our customers! And we save your address In our address book. You may change the default shipping address and billing address through going in saved addresses. You want to add more addresses using ‘Add a new address’ button.
